Yes you can mount an iPad, but that doesn't ignore some of the other functions.Įveryone can make his/her own conclusions - but there's something to be said for a FEW dedicated screens and the option shouldn't be discarded off-hand purely because they're more expensive. I have numerous iPads, iPhones and equivalents from android across the place at all times - but my central 7" Tscreen gets used at least twice as often as those combined. I don't suggest splattering them across the house (unless perhaps for intercom purposes) but a few (or even one) well-placed ones can be extremely useful. Not all apps run or run well on-screen - doorlock being a big one, not very convenient to do this through the on-screen.Īpps are behind in updates for new functionality at times.Īll these are limited, true - but I agree you should not blindly disregard them.
